TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by High Roller Events Pty Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

High Roller Events provides casino event entertainment services including but not limited to:

• Casino equipment rental (tables, chips, cards, wheels)
• Professional dealer services
• Event planning and coordination
• Entertainment and hospitality services

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing
• A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your booking
• Event details may be modified up to 14 days before the event date

3.2 Payment Schedule

• 50% deposit required upon booking confirmation
• Remaining balance due 7 days before event date
• Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Client Cancellation

• More than 30 days: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• 15-30 days: 50% refund
• 7-14 days: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

4.2 Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with clients to reschedule events or provide appropriate refunds.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event information and requirements
• Ensure venue access and adequate space for equipment
• Provide power and lighting as specified
• Ensure guest behavior complies with responsible gaming practices
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals

6. Equipment and Property

• All equipment remains the property of High Roller Events
• Client is responsible for any damage or loss during the event
• Equipment must not be moved without staff supervision
• Smoking, food, and drinks are prohibited near gaming equipment

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

High Roller Events maintains comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the total value of the service contract. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

7.2 Client Liability

Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damages caused during the event. Clients must ensure adequate venue insurance coverage.

8. Responsible Gaming

• All gaming is for entertainment purposes only
• No real money gambling is permitted
• Participants must be 18 years or older
• We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with High Roller Events remain our exclusive property. Clients may not use our branding or materials without written permission.

10. Privacy and Photography

• We may photograph/video events for promotional purposes
• Clients will be notified and consent obtained where required
• Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, arbitration under Australian law. The jurisdiction for any legal proceedings will be Victoria, Australia.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
